Shipping
What are the shipping options and fees?
We offer FREE ground shipping on purchases over $75 (ground shipping delivery should reach you in 5-7 business days*).
Orders are shipped as quickly as possible. We try our hardest to fulfill orders within 3-5 business days of receiving them.
All orders are shipped by UPS or USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a confirmation and tracking email when your postage is printed and again upon delivery.  After your order, please allow for 24-48 hours to receive shipment confirmation.
Where do you ship to?
Pink Cloud ships within the domestic United States. However, we are currently unable to ship to Idaho, Nebraska, and South Dakota, due to state CBD regulations.
How can I check the status of my order?
Your order will come with a tracking number to track the status of your order. All shipping fees will be waived with a purchase of $75 or more.

What is your return policy?
